The Akademie Deutscher Genossenschaften (ADG) had a clear mandate: transform its booking and training infrastructure into a modern, scalable digital platform. Their legacy system was rigid, costly to maintain, and couldn’t meet the expectations of a new generation of corporate learners. ADG’s clients—many of them financial institutions and cooperatives—needed to book employees into tailored, multi-day programs that included hotel accommodation, catering, seminar configurations, and even hybrid participation options. ADG required a seamless experience across discovery, registration, logistics, and communications—while ensuring back-end systems could handle PAX (participant) management, room availability, and dynamic training packages in real time.

The Solution

Enabling Scalable Learning Commerce at ADG Campus

Comwrap Reply designed and delivered a fully integrated digital learning marketplace, built to handle the complexity of ADG’s business model and future ambitions. Adobe Commerce was deployed to support dynamic seminar configurations, modular service bundles, and real-time inventory.

Adobe Experience Manager was used to power a compelling, brand-aligned digital experience with flexible content delivery. To enable personalization at scale, Adobe Marketo was implemented for automated lead nurturing and customer journey orchestration.

The platform was tightly integrated into Microsoft Dynamics, enabling smooth synchronization of PAX data, availability, booking flows, and CRM data. The result: a seamless experience from discovery to post-training follow-up—tailored for both administrators and learners.

How we did it

At the heart of the transformation was Adobe Commerce—a robust platform that allowed us to model ADG’s complex training products and attach additional services like accommodation, catering, and software-based participation models. We configured Adobe Experience Manager to deliver content-led discovery journeys and seminar landing pages that dynamically adapt based on customer profiles.

Adobe Marketo enabled segmentation, triggered email sequences, and re-engagement campaigns to drive participation and reduce no-shows. Deep integration with Microsoft Dynamics ensured synchronized PAX data, seminar metadata, and real-time availability for rooms and resources. From seminar templates to multi-variant pricing, everything was designed to empower ADG’s team with agility and control.

The Results

The ADG Campus is now a scalable, user-centric learning commerce platform. Clients can book complex training journeys in minutes, not hours.
