Comwrap Reply designed and implemented a scalable, component-based digital platform on Adobe Experience Manager, providing Nexi with a unified content, asset, and campaign management system. The architecture supports multi-site management, empowering local teams across Europe to manage country-specific content, languages, and campaigns—while staying aligned with global brand and UX standards.

- AEM Sites and Adobe Digital Asset Manager for consistent brand storytelling and campaign reuse
- Custom microsites for product launches, business campaigns, and partner programs
- Headless content delivery to support omnichannel experiences
- Seamless integration with Salesforce CRM, SolR, and internal banking systems via custom APIs
- Dynamic Adobe Forms for lead generation, onboarding, and service flows
- Full editorial autonomy with built-in governance, translation workflows, and compliance review
The platform also introduced a foundation for eCommerce enablement, supporting online sales and servicing of physical payment devices—rolled out in 2021.
How we did it
We started by consolidating ICBPI and CartaSì into a modern, mobile-optimized Nexi portal—built on AEM and structured for flexibility and speed. We established a component-driven design system that enables brand consistency across markets while allowing for local autonomy. Editorial workflows were defined to ensure decentralized content teams could launch campaigns, manage updates, and localize assets—all within a compliant, governed framework.
We then scaled the platform with multi-site support, enabling quick rollout of localized portals for additional markets. Custom integrations with Salesforce, SolR, and legacy financial systems allowed seamless user experiences across marketing, onboarding, and servicing. The integration of Adobe Forms further enhanced customer interaction and lead handling, while Google Analytics provided the data layer to optimize journeys across every channel.
As Nexi expanded internationally, the platform scaled with it—serving as a central hub for all institutional, product, and eCommerce content, while supporting multi-language coordination and real-time updates across the group.
The Results
Nexi now runs a modern digital experience platform that unifies its brand, accelerates time-to-market, and scales across regions. Editors can build and launch content independently. Campaigns are localized and live in days—not weeks. UX performance improved significantly, with faster page loads, clearer navigation, and more cohesive user journeys across touchpoints.
The system is ready for future growth: as Nexi continues to evolve through acquisitions and service innovation, the AEM-based platform provides a secure, flexible foundation to scale content, launch services, and support omnichannel communication across Europe.
