Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Accelerator

Migrate from Adobe or Google Analytics to CJA in 6–8 Weeks—Future-Ready, Identity-Based, and Schema-Led

The Challenge:
Legacy Analytics Doesn’t Match Today’s Journeys

Traditional analytics platforms—whether Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics—weren’t built for omnichannel customer journeys. Marketers are stuck stitching sessions together, struggling with limited identity resolution, and making decisions on incomplete views.

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) changes the game. But migrating requires careful orchestration—from data strategy and schema design to user training and tool adoption.

Our Solution:
Content Edge Accelerator

This Rapid Deployment Package is built for organizations ready to unlock the power of CJA—whether they’re migrating from Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics (UA/GA4).

We help you go live in just 6–8 weeks with historical data onboarded, real-time data streaming set up, CJA workspaces configured and Teams fully enabled and confident. You get a scalable, governed analytics foundation—ready for omnichannel reporting, audience activation, and identity-based personalization.

Migration from Adobe Analytics

For Adobe Analytics migrations, we use the Analytics Source Connector to ingest historical data into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and the Component Migration Tool to rebuild segments, dimensions, and metrics in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Report suites are mapped to XDM schema, while Adobe Web SDK streams live data going forward. Data is validated in parallel with Adobe Analytics to ensure continuity before final decommissioning.

Migration from Google Analytics

For Google Analytics migrations, we export historical data from GA (UA or GA4) to BigQuery, flatten and normalize it to XDM, and ingest it into AEP. Batch data is paired with real-time tracking via Adobe Web SDK. In CJA, we configure data views, session logic, and identity stitching using ECID or Customer ID. Both GA and CJA run in parallel during migration to validate consistency before the legacy analytics setup is retired.

Other Analytics Solutions

For clients using other analytics platforms (e.g. Matomo, Piwik PRO, legacy in-house solutions), we assess data structure, export capabilities, and tracking logic to define a viable migration path into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Historical data is transformed into XDM schema and ingested via batch pipelines. We configure Adobe Web SDK for live data collection, and set up CJA data views and session definitions. Parallel tracking ensures validation before switching off legacy systems.

Business Impact:
Modern Analytics, Measurable Gains

Migrating to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics isn’t just a platform change—it’s a strategic upgrade. By replacing outdated session-based tracking with real-time, identity-based insights, your team gains a complete view of customer behavior across channels. What Is Customer Journey Analytics?

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is the evolution of digital analytics—moving beyond clicks, sessions, and channel silos to deliver real-time, identity-based insights across every touchpoint.

Built natively on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), CJA ingests behavioral, transactional, and contextual data from any source—web, app, CRM, call center, offline—and stitches it into one unified customer journey. The result? Analysts and marketers finally see the full picture—and act on it in real time.

Start Small. Scale Fast.

CJA isn’t all-or-nothing. Start with web and app data, then scale—adding CRM, offline, or call center sources as needed. Adobe Experience Platform’s shared identity stitching ensures every new input connects to a unified customer view. This modular, data-product approach lets you build analytics step by step—delivering value fast while preparing for what’s next.
