Your Responsibilities
- With your team, you define a process model for effective, automated testing and develop reusable blueprints
- As part of the project team, you review specifications to identify information gaps
- You plan, develop and maintain automated tests (UI tests, performance tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests)
- You test newly developed software and features and log bugs or performance issues
- You check the usability of the software
- You identify critical bottlenecks in the development process
- You provide information to the development teams to support the bug fixing process
Your Profile
- Completed studies in the field of computer science or a comparable educational background
- At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance with different testing methodologies
- Knowledge of application and process testing methodologies
- Familiarity with task management, defect tracking, and wiki-based documentation tools such as JIRA
- Understanding of core web technology concepts
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- ISEB/ISTQB Foundation certification is an advantage
